The 8th of December 2024 I will be running a half marathon in Montego Bay, Jamaica with rasta's and will do a contribution to the official charity partner of the Reggae Marathon : ‘The Heart Foundation of Jamaica -Kingston’.

Your contribution and help will be used to support heart patients and reduce the high incidence of heart attacks in Jamaica.
