Hippo Farm flooding

Welcome everyone,

As you may already know, 3 days ago we had a massive flooding at Hippo Farm. Fortunately we had enough time to secure everyone included all animals (horses, rabbits, chicken, kitties, dogs...)

The material damage is on the other hand more important than initially estimated and we need to rebuild immediately 55 meters of our concrete dam to be protected against the frequent flooding of the river in this season. About infrastructure, dormitory building, swimming-pool and pool house stayed safe. Mainly the damage took place in our house with 1 meter of water and in the bungalows with more than 1,5m. We estimate the amount of damage at around 150 million vnd of which almost two-third for the dam and the rest for cleaning, painting, appliances (fridge, oven), furnitures, all sheets for bedding.

In this is not counted the shortfall of 2 or 3 weeks of closing.
