Your transactions are 100% secure

When you visit the Leetchi site, a closed padlock appears in the address bar, to the left of the site address. It may be accompanied by the prefix https:// depending on your browser. This proves that a valid security certificate is in place. With this, you can confirm that the connection to the website you are visiting is encrypted and, in some cases, who owns it.
If the closed padlock or the domain leetchi.com does not appear at the beginning of the address bar, it is not the real Leetchi site. A site without the "https" protocol is a site considered "not secure".
-
If, as a visitor to the Leetchi.com site, and despite our efforts behind the scenes, you spontaneously detect a vulnerability or a security incident that has escaped all of our controls, we invite you to inform our teams, who will analyse your feedback and prioritise any necessary corrections according to the impact on the security of the service.
You can send us any useful information to security-alert@leetchi.com.
Please note that we do not currently have an active "Bug Bounty" programme.
This paragraph is therefore not an authorisation or an incitement to actively search for vulnerabilities on the Leetchi.com site or to attempt to break into our computer systems, as this work is usually entrusted to staff or service providers duly authorised to do so.

This verification process is not automated. It is only triggered in specific cases, defined by our Anti-Fraud Team and your bank. If the 3D-Secure window does not pop up on your payment page, it means that your transaction has been deemed as secure.
-
In order to ensure the authenticity of each transaction, we have implemented a fraud detection tool that allows us to fight effectively against "unauthenticated transactions". We advise our users on good practices such as 3D-Secure, required by some banks.
Your personal data is protected
-
Your password is therefore kept confidential and we do not have access to it.
To manage your password effectively, we advise you to use it only on the Leetchi site, to use a sufficiently long and complex password that is impossible to guess (and does not contain any personal data), to use a password manager, to change your password at the slightest suspicion and never to communicate it to a third party.
-
As Leetchi is not a Payment Service Provider, we do not have your full bank details. Therefore, no debit can be made by us apart from your actions on the contribution pages.

We are legally obliged to keep certain information (notably name, first name and date of birth) for a period of 5 years (L.561-12 of the monetary and financial code). No commercial use is made of this information, which is only kept by legal obligation.

Payline is a part of Monext Group, a subsidiary of a French bank - Crédit Mutuel Arkéa (CMA). The Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCI DSS) was designed to improve payment account security throughout the entire transaction process, enhancing data security for companies and individuals using debit/credit cards. This standard ensures that Payline is in full compliance with its strict safety criteria.
Your money pots are verified
-
All money pots are monitored and verified by our dedicated Compliance Team. Its responsibility is to ensure the authenticity of all created money pots and raised funds on Leetchi.com, the security of our users and their operations on the platform. We carry out regular checks to ensure that money goes towards what it is intended for, the right beneficiary.
-
You can easily do that by going to the money pot page in question and clicking on "Report this money pot" button. You will also be asked to choose the reason for reporting the money pot and leave a comment.
