Help Girls in Burkina Faso Build a Better Future with Bianca Couture

In Burkina Faso, many young girls face daunting challenges: dropping out of school, early pregnancy, orphanhood, and marginalization. Despite these obstacles, they dream of a better future but lack the resources to make it a reality.

The Mission

Bianca Couture, a recognized vocational training center, provides these young women with hope and opportunity. Through a 3-year state-accredited program in dressmaking, they acquire practical skills to enter the professional world. However, after graduation, many of these talented young women are unable to start their own businesses due to a lack of tools and resources.

With your support, we can change this reality.

The Project

We aim to provide 66 complete sewing kits to our graduating students. These kits include all the essential tools they need to establish their own dressmaking businesses.

What’s in a Sewing Kit?
Each kit, valued at 493 € (323,000 FCFA), contains:

• Sewing machine: 138 €
• Worktable: 107 €
• Iron: 11 €
• Scissors, measuring tape, and accessories: 17 €
• Workshop rent, fabrics, and essential tools.

The Goal

The total cost of the project is 32,500 €. Thanks to generous donations, we’ve already raised 8,860 € to fund 18 kits. We still need 23,640 € to equip the remaining 48 young women.
