Help Gracious View - Tanzania - Orphenage/Orphelinat

Nous sommes allés en Tanzanie il y a quelques mois, et j’ai été particulièrement touchée lors d’une visite d’un orphelinat.

Ils sont 30 enfants, entre 2 et 16 ans, 16 qui y vivent de manière permanente et 14 issus de familles défavorisées qui viennent y passer la journée pour bénéficier d’un repas et de l’enseignement dispensé.

Nous avons rencontré et passé un peu de temps avec les gérants qui ont plusieurs projets pour leur structure, notamment la construction d’un bâtiment dont ils seront les propriétaires, ainsi que de se rapprocher d’un autre orphelinat à proximité pour unir leurs actions et augmenter l’aide qu’ils peuvent apporter à ces enfants.

Comme vous pouvez vous l’imaginer, ils vivent de très peu, ont des structures très primaires, et ont besoin d’aide.

We travelled to Tanzania a few months back and I’ve especially been moved by an orphanage visit.

There are 30 kids, aged between 2 and 16 years old, 16 live there permanently and 14 are coming from disadvantaged families who are only staying for the day in order to get a meal and benefit from the education they are providing.

We met and spent some time with the founders who do have several projects including building a new home they would own, and merge with a nearby orphanage to strengthen their forces and actions towards these children.

As you can imagine, they don’t have much to live by, have poor premises and need help.
