Alejandro vient voler son parapente en France en 2024 grâce a vous !

Alejandro, 39 ans, est un pilote et moniteur de parapente d'Apia en Colombie. Il a guidé de nombreux parapentistes européens ces deux derniers hivers avec Romain de FlySierraNevada.com.

Sa gentillesse, sa connaissance du terrain, son dévouement ont été remarqués et appréciés par tous les pilotes qui ont découvert la Colombie avec lui.

Les trois parapentistes francais posés d'urgence dans la forêt vierge de Jerico se souviennent encore d'Alejo se déroutant et se posant à coté d'eux pour donner au groupe une meilleure chance de s'en sortir, ce qui fut fait après 4 heures de marche exténuantes.

"Alejo" est aussi propiétaire et développeur du décollage d'Apia qui, après dix ans de travaux acharnés à la main,
commence à être connu et apprécié et où il exerce son métier de pilote biplace.

Natif d'Apia, réputée pour son café,
Alejo est passionné par sa région, sa ville, et fait partie de l'équipe municipale pour le développement touristique.

Malgré cet emploi du temps chargé, il a aussi la charge de ses parents, agés et malades.

Bref, Alejo est un parapentiste passionné, un homme intègre et généreux qui nous a guidé dans de longs cross magiques et qui n'a jamais voyagé hors de Colombie.

On s'est pris a rêver en l'imaginant à son tour enroulant les thermiques des Alpes, découvrir la culture française et participer à la Coupe Icare dont il a entendu parler toutes ces années.

On a déjà réservé un stand où il pourra présenter son site d'Apia et profiter pleinement de ce festival mondial, puis rester en France un mois pour découvrir nos différents sites avec les pilotes francais qui l'ont connu en Colombie.

Le salaire moyen en Colombie est de 300 euros, Alejo n'est pas dans la situation financière où il peut se permettre ce voyage, à nous tous on peut lui faire ce cadeau et créer ainsi l'autre moitié de notre relation entamée en Colombie.

Alejandro vole avec un parapente et un biplace tous deux hors d'âge, en Colombie le neuf est financièrement inaccessible et l'occasion trop vieille. Le marché francais de l'occasion nous permettra à Alejo de rentrer chez lui avec du matériel récent.

Parlons chiffre, entre le billet d'avion, le stand Coupe Icare, un biplace et un parapente récents, les frais courants de son mois chez nous, on espère recueillir 11 000 euros.

His kindness, his knowledge of the terrain, his dedication were noticed and appreciated by all the pilots who discovered Colombia with him. The three French paragliders landed urgently in the virgin forest of Jerico still remember Alejo getting confused and landing next to them to give the group a better chance of escaping, which was done after 4 hours grueling walking.
