UkraineGo Ambulance Project V2

Hello everybody !

We are four friends, who during our master programme launched a humanitarian project UkraineGo in the partnership with AMCFU (Association Médicale et Caritative France Ukraine). In spring 2015 we brought two ambulances to hospitals in need in the war-torn area in Ukraine thanks to great support and numerous donations of people from around the world.

Unfortunately, humanitarian situation in eastern Ukraine is not getting better. People get killed and injured on a daily basis. According to the United Nations, 9,640 were killed and 22,100 were injured as of 15 September 2016. Therefore, there is still urgent need for medical equipment at hospitals.Most of the hospitals are located 50-60 km away from the frontline, while there is no enough quantity of ambulances to transport the wounded people. Having no possibility to be evacuated to a hospital in time, injured people often die due to excessive blood loss.

We would like to re-launch our project UkraineGo, as an ambulance will allow faster medical care and better organisation of the medical teams, saving lives.
