Vous avez peut-être déjà commandé des plats auprès d'une "dark kitchen" sans même le savoir. Ces "cuisines fantômes".

Derrière le terme de "dark kitchen", plusieurs modèles ... nous proposons sur Nice une cuisine resultat de 20 ans d'experience dans la restauration de qualité reinterpretée en clef à emporter ou à livrer chez nos clients directment.

La cuisine de Mandiga sera de base italienne avec des influences orientales: la premiere cuisine italienne autentique et traditionelle où vous pourra deguster un vrai plat de "Carbonara" halal directement assis sur votre fauteuil!

Mandiga signifie "manger!" en langue sarde, toute la tradition est dans ce mot: des plats livrés à la maison, faciles à manger et qui comportent des nouvelles saveurs qui n'auraient pas forcément leur place sur la table d'un restaurant traditionnel en France.

L'avantage d'avoir plusieurs concepts, c'est que nous pouvons en tester certains pour lesquels nous n'aurions jamais ouvert un restaurant traditionnel. C'est le cas notamment des influences de la cuisine orientale: la dark kitchen nous permettent de créer de nouvelles recettes et de voir la réponse du marché sans le "mettre dans les cases de la restauration traditionelle": si je vous aurai presenter un cous cous dans la carte d'un restaurant Italien il serai été source d'embaras seulement expliquer le pouquoi!!! Fusion ... Fusion ... Fusion avec un seul imperatif point en commun: la qualité et son goût autentique!

Ça c'est le reve de toute une vie ... nous y sommes presque, il nous manque peu, très peu mais il faut partir ... maintenant c'est le moment et nous le laissons juger à vous, principalements nos amis et nos proches ... nous comptons dans votre generosité pour pouvoir demarer cette avventure!

Dark Kitchen, diversi modelli ... noi proponiamo a Nizza una cucina frutto di 20 anni di esperienza nella ristorazione di qualità, reinterpretata in chiave da asporto o da consegnare direttamente ai nostri clienti.

La cucina di Mandiga sarà a base italiana con influenze orientali: la prima cucina italiana autentica e tradizionale dove potrai gustare un vero piatto di "Carbonara" halal direttamente seduto sulla tua poltrona!

Mandiga significa "mangiare!" in lingua sarda, tutta la tradizione è in questa parola: piatti consegnati a casa, facili da mangiare e che includono nuovi sapori che non troverebbero necessariamente il loro posto sulla tavola di un ristorante tradizionale francese.

Il vantaggio di avere diversi concept è che possiamo testarne alcuni per i quali non avremmo mai aperto un ristorante tradizionale. Questo è particolarmente vero per le influenze della cucina orientale: la dark kitchen ci permette di creare nuove ricette e vedere la risposta del mercato senza "metterla nelle caselle della ristorazione tradizionale": se vi avessi proposto un Cous Cous nel menu di un ristorante italiano sarebbe stato fonte di imbarazzo solo spiegare il perché!!! Fusion... Fusion... Fusion con una sola cosa in comune: qualità e gusto autentico!

Questo è il sogno di una vita... ci siamo quasi, ci manca poco, pochissimo ma dobbiamo partire... ora è il momento e lasciamo a voi giudicare, principalmente i nostri amici e i nostri cari... noi contiamo sulla tua generosità per poter iniziare questa avventura!

Mandiga's cuisine will be based on Italian style with oriental influences: the first authentic and traditional Italian cuisine where you can enjoy a real plate of "Carbonara" halal directly seated on your armchair!

Mandiga means "to eat!" in the Sardinian language, all the tradition is in this Word: dishes delivered at home, easy to eat and that include new flavors that would not necessarily find their place on the table of a traditional French restaurant.

The advantage of having different concepts is that we can test some for which we would never have opened a traditional restaurant. This is particularly true for the influences of oriental cuisine: the dark kitchen allows us to create new recipes and see the market response without "putting it in the boxes of traditional catering": if I had offered you a Cous Cous on the menu of an Italian restaurant it would be was embarrassing just to explain why !!! Fusion ... Fusion ... Fusion with only one thing in common: quality and authentic taste!
