Help my lovely dog half paralyzed Léon

My poor dachshund, who's only 7 years old, has just been diagnosed with the worst kind of herniated disc (grade 5, the most severe), and I'm completely devastated. It's heartbreaking to see him in this state, something he doesn't even understand, and the summer heat isn't helping at all. I've spent €3200 on surgery and treatment, and I'll know exactly what needs to be done in two months. For now, we'll have to fight this together and never give up.
