2 Little stars Triathlon

Dear colleagues, friends & family,

A quick message to share with you that very soon (20th June!) I am doing the small Deauville triathlon in Normandie.

It all started as a challenge from my brother-in-law a year ago and remains a challenge despite some training… Indeed, although I am a swimmer 🏊‍♀️, I am not a cyclist 🚴‍♀️ and definitely not a runner 🏃‍♀️!

I have been practising since January, trying to stick to a healthy and alcohol free diet (hoping it will help!)

It has been a very nice way to keep my mind and body busy and stay fit but what will drive me on the day is that I am hoping to raise money for a topic very close to my heart and family. Everything will go to a charity supporting parents and families experiencing the traumatic event of stillbirth.
