Dear friends and animal lovers,
Our beloved family dog, Bella, has suffered a severe medical emergency: she has a ruptured disc in her spine. From one second to the next, our world turned upside down. Bella is only 8 years old—an age where a dog should be full of life and energy. She simply does not deserve this immense suffering.
Anyone who knows Bella knows what a joyful, incredibly active dog she has always been. She loves running through the fields, fetching sticks, and bringing a smile to our faces every single day. She is not just a pet; Bella is a core member of our family, our most loyal companion, and our comforter. It breaks our hearts to see this once vibrant dog in extreme pain, barely able to move. Looking into her sad, helpless eyes is truly agonizing.
The veterinarians gave us a shocking diagnosis, but they also gave us hope: an immediate, specialized spinal surgery can save Bella and restore her to a pain-free, happy life. Without this procedure, she faces permanent paralysis and unbearable suffering.
Unfortunately, this urgent surgery comes with an enormous financial burden. The costs for the MRI diagnostics, the complex spinal surgery, the hospital stay, and the necessary follow-up physiotherapy far exceed our current financial means.
