Aide pour l'adaptation de mon logement

Bonjour à toutes et à tous,

Je m’appelle Mathias Griffel, j’ai 31 ans et je vis à Strasbourg.

Je fais appel à votre solidarité une nouvelle fois, en espérant de tout cœur que ce sera la dernière.

Avant de lancer cette cagnotte, j’ai épuisé toutes les démarches possibles : j’ai sollicité les aides légales et extra-légales, ainsi que plusieurs associations, mais aucune solution concrète ne m’a permis d’aller au bout de mon projet. Même une demande de crédit supplémentaire et une tentative de rachat de crédit ont été refusées.

Je suis propriétaire d’un logement que j’ai commencé à rénover pour l’adapter à mon handicap. Le projet avait été soigneusement réfléchi : je comptais louer une partie de la maison (garage, annexe, chambre, espace de stockage) afin de rembourser la majorité du crédit et stabiliser ma situation financière à long terme. Cela me permettrait aussi de me protéger de la hausse constante des loyers et, dès que j’y habiterai, d’être exonéré de taxe foncière.

Mais aujourd’hui, les travaux sont à l’arrêt. La banque, qui avait financé l’achat, a refusé par la suite de financer les travaux d’adaptation et les lots annexes. Des surcoûts imprévus se sont ajoutés et le logement est inhabitable. Je me retrouve donc dans une impasse.

Vendre n’est pas une option : la revente ne couvrirait pas le crédit en cours, ni les acomptes déjà versés, ni les aides reçues qu’il faudrait rembourser. Ce serait tout perdre après tant d’efforts.

Il me manque encore environ 150 000 € pour achever l'ensemble des travaux et retrouver enfin une stabilité de vie. À cela s’ajoutent d’autres lots secondaires qu’il faudra également financer. Grâce à la générosité des premiers donateurs, les travaux ont pu timidement reprendre un temps, mais aujourd’hui le chantier est à nouveau en pause, en attente de nouveaux dons. Chaque contribution, même modeste, permet d’avancer concrètement.

J’ai donc lancé cette cagnotte : chaque don est un vrai coup de pouce pour sortir de cette situation. Et si vous ne pouvez pas contribuer financièrement, un simple partage est déjà une aide précieuse.

Hello everyone,

My name is Mathias Griffel, I am 31 years old and I live in Strasbourg.

I am once again appealing to your solidarity, hoping with all my heart that this will be the last time.

Before launching this fundraiser, I exhausted every possible step: I applied for legal and extra-legal aid, contacted several associations, but no concrete solution allowed me to complete my project. Even a request for an additional loan and an attempt at debt consolidation were refused.

I am the owner of a home that I started renovating to adapt to my disability. The project had been carefully thought out: I planned to rent out part of the house (garage, annex, bedroom, storage space) in order to repay most of the loan and stabilize my financial situation in the long term. This would also protect me from the constant rise in rents and, as soon as I live there, exempt me from property tax.

But today, the renovation work has stopped. The bank, which had financed the purchase, later refused to fund the adaptation works and additional units. Unexpected extra costs have been added, and the home is uninhabitable. I now find myself at an impasse.

Selling is not an option: the resale would not cover the current loan, nor the deposits already paid, nor the aid received that would have to be reimbursed. It would mean losing everything after so much effort.

I still need around €150,000 to complete all the renovation work and finally regain stability in my life. In addition to this, there are other secondary tasks that will also need to be funded. Thanks to the generosity of the first donors, the work was able to resume modestly for a while, but today the site is once again on hold, awaiting new donations. Every contribution, even a modest one, helps make real progress.

That is why I launched this fundraiser: every donation is a real boost to help me get out of this situation. And if you cannot contribute financially, even a simple share is already a precious help.

לפני שפתחתי את קופת התרומות הזו, מיציתי את כל ההליכים האפשריים: פניתי לעזרות החוקיות והחוץ-חוקיות, וכן למספר עמותות, אך אף פתרון ממשי לא איפשר לי לסיים את הפרויקט שלי. אפילו בקשה לאשראי נוסף וניסיון לאיחוד הלוואות נדחו.

אני בעלים של דירה שהתחלתי לשפץ כדי להתאים אותה לנכותי.

הפרויקט תוכנן בקפידה: תכננתי להשכיר חלק מהבית (מוסך, שלוחה, חדר, מחסן) כדי להחזיר את רוב ההלוואה ולייצב את מצבי הכלכלי לטווח ארוך. זה היה מאפשר לי גם להגן על עצמי מעליית שכר הדירה המתמשכת, וברגע שאגור שם, להיות פטור מארנונה.

אך כיום העבודות נעצרו. הבנק, שמימן את הרכישה, סירב בהמשך לממן את עבודות ההתאמה ואת החלקים הנלווים. עלויות בלתי צפויות נוספו, והדירה אינה ראויה למגורים. אני מוצא את עצמי במבוי סתום.

מכירה אינה אפשרות: המכירה לא תכסה את ההלוואה הקיימת, לא את המקדמות שכבר שולמו, ולא את המענקים שקיבלתי ושיהיה צורך להחזירם. זה יהיה לאבד הכל לאחר כל כך הרבה מאמצים.

עדיין חסרים לי כמאה וחמישים אלף אירו כדי להשלים את כלל העבודות ולזכות סוף־סוף ביציבות בחיי. מעבר לכך, ישנם גם חלקים משניים נוספים שיידרשו למימון. בזכות נדיבותם של התורמים הראשונים ניתן היה לחדש את העבודות לזמן מה, אך כיום האתר שוב מושבת וממתין לתרומות נוספות. כל תרומה, אפילו קטנה, מאפשרת לקדם את הפרויקט באופן ממשי.
