Hello everyone! Iain and Louise have been putting in so much time and effort to make their dream come true and providing a great animal focused educational facility for the local community. The ARC Centre is really starting to coming together. To build the ARC Centre whilst holding down jobs to fund it, looking after lots of animals and also living full lives is incredible. To ensure the ARC Centre is finished to the highest quality and, when opened, it is all that it is planned to be, this page has been set up to help fund the final push for the grand opening in September. With just 1-click you can donate to a great cause. Give however much you want and all payments are 100% secure. All that donate will be invited to attend the Funders Open Day at the ARC Centre before the official opening. Thank you in advance for any donations, large or small! Welcome to our wedding present fundVítejte na našem seznamu svatebních darůThank you for considering donation to our wedding present fund. We have been living together for over a year now, so we really don't need any of the traditional wedding presents. What we are most in need of is repair and redecoration of the front of our house, so any donations to our home improvement fund would be gratefully received. Thank you so much! Eddie & Leona xx Děkujeme Vám, že zvažujete příspěvek do našeho svatebního fondu. Eddie & Leona xx
Croxton ChallengeThe Royal Naval Association (RNA) has now left our Village and a new group of residents have formed a community company in the shape of a not for profit co-operative society to provide a members Social Club for Croxton Parish and the local area. Everybody involved with the running of the Club is a volunteer and gives their time freely. We provide a regular o.a.p fish and chip lunch with entertainment, quiz nights etc and are open 4-days a week. We plan more events for all residents and their families, indeed it was our members who organised the recent Croxton Fete, where funds were raised for the benefit of Croxton and the farming community charity, YANA. However, we as a community are now facing another challenge, the RNA intends to sell the club building and land, leaving our fledgling community project nowhere to go. The RNA has agreed to sell the building and land to us for the current market value of £50,000. Unfortunately, the Club does not yet have the financial reserves to make the purchase itself and so is looking to raise the money from gifts or ‘Crowdfunding’ We hope you feel strongly enough to make a contribution which would help us invest in our community and its future. Should we not reach our goal of £50,000 then gifts of over £100 will be refunded. We are also raising money by other means and will update our latest figures here. Thank you!
Dear Cancer, We are four, forty something year old women. In our chosen sport, we are called Masters.... In our peer groups, we are called friends, mums, or the mad dog lady. We met only last year, two pairs who quickly discovered we were actually meant to be a foursome. And then a plan formed. You see, we are at an age where we have watched friends battle you, seen loved ones die at your hand. We have checked our breasts, had them squashed in a machine to ensure you aren't living in our body. We go for smears, we take the vitamins, we try not to be one of the unlucky ones. We cry when friends are diagnosed, and we shout at the injustice of the condition. And we burpee, and we lift weights, and we pretend to be gymnasts. In October, we are going to do it together, in a team of four, where we will be part of an event designed to battle you. BATTLE CANCER With a combined age of over 170 we will compete against many half our age. Just because we can. We will train harder than before and compete stronger. Just because we can, And because we want to raise money. Money for a cure, money for research, money to battle cancer! Because we are sick of you in our life. We are splitting the money over several cancer charities close to our hearts. But all money can be donated via this money pot and then split between Bowel Cancer UK, Weston Park Hospital, Macmillian and the Willows Foundation. Cancer, we are doing something to try and stop you. Friends and families - please donate - even a pound can help? And Cancer, because we can laugh in the face of adveristy. Because no matter how hard you attack us, we will continue to fight, we pledge that the moment we raise over £650 we will do one of the workouts in Unicorn Leotards. Because we can! Welcome to Highwayman Carnival Clubs money pot !Please click to make a contribution.Give however much you want. All payments are secureThank you! Hello and welcome to the Highwayman CC funding page. Thank you for taking the time to visit this page. We have created this page to aid us in our fundraising quest year on year, While we already attend and host many fundraising events all year round, These include hosting quiz nights, pig racing and bingos. We also attend many local events in and around Shepton Mallet, incuding Collett Park Day and Field House. We also marshall local events like Rememberance Day, Bath Half Marathon, Bristol 10K and Bristol Half Marathon. Every Year our Carnival Club builds an entry to attend both the Wessex and County Carnival Circuits, Including the famous Bridgwater Carnival held in november in somerset. While we are not a charity directly we fundraise to build our carts, so that we may parade them through the towns to provide a free family night out, in the hopes that the general public then donate by way of collectors, to put on such a show and then each town may make donations to local charitys and organizations. These range from the local scouts to help4heros to air ambulance. We currently are not fundraising for anything specific, but fund raising as a whole. If you wish to know more please do not hesitate to contact us on facebook or by phone. Many Thanks Highwayman Carnival Club. https://www.facebook.com/HighwaymanCarnivalClub/07513143578 - Please do leave a message we will endevour to get back to you asap.
