Giving the future hope
Pancreatic cancer is among the top three cancers in terms of deadly outcome. Unfortunately over the past decades research and therapies have not produced great advances. One of the reasons for this is that the prognosis being often very bad, there is very little time for experimenting new drugs. Consequently, research on pancreatic cancers is among the least financed, since outcomes are so unsure. This vicious circle is only outdone by the even nastier disease.
In memory of Scott Crosby and to give hope to many others, we would like to raise money for the research unit on pancreatic cancer of the university hospital of the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Erasme-ULB).
Donate as much as you feel like (all contributions are anonymous) and feel free to share.
